About the JackBoys Nike Air Max 90/1 Customs: JackBoys Nike Air Max 90 / 1.. A couple weeks ago Travis Scott and Cactus Jack Records released JackBoys. The collaborative project’s blue branding, JackBoys logo, and promotional BMW E30 by West Coast Customs immediately caught my eye. Since Travis Scotts has had a number of different Nike releases recently, I wanted to envision what a JackBoys x Nike Collaboration would look like.. JackBoys is a collaboration between Travis Scott and the artists signed to Cactus Jack Records so I figured the Nike Air Max 90/1, a combination of the classic Nike Air Max 90 and Air Max 1, would be the perfect base shoe. The black and gold trim of the pair I chose also matched the BBS wheels on the JackBoys BMW.. After numerous mock ups, the color blocking I chose for the custom was very similar to the design on the JackBoys E30. I painted the majority of the upper blue and topped it off by turning the sock liner black and adding black laces to represent the tinted windows.. The promo car features many stickers so I was planning on adding BBS and Texaco logos to the shoes as well, but made some last minute changes to the mock ups and decided against it. To avoid overcrowding the shoe I kept it simple and added a red JackBoys logo to the heel and red Cactus Jack logo on the toe box.
We only work with authentic base shoes because fakes are lower quality. If you try to supply a fake shoe we will decline the project.
Customs done on used shoes do not last as long due to the wear and tear that they’ve gone through prior to being customized. If you would like us to customize a pair of lightly-worn shoes you will need pre-approval from us.
Our average turnaround time is 2-6 weeks, but this varies project to project and is based on design complexity, workload, and more. Custom jobs are completed in the order that they are received unless a rush fee is paid.
All of our custom work is durable and can be worn though we advise against putting your custom shoes through a lot of stress or constantly wearing them for sports. The more harsh the conditions you wear them in, the more likely they are to receive damage just like any other pair of shoes.
