This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://haveaircustoms.com/ (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Certain products may not be eligible for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii; this will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
2. Processing Time
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 9:30 AM EST are often shipped same-day.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship orders via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
At checkout, you will see the available options for your order, which may include:

2-Day Shipping (transit time only, handling times still apply)
⚠️ Hazardous or regulated items (e.g. aerosols, flammable liquids, etc.) may only ship via ground service and are not eligible for expedited or air shipping methods.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $150 or more (subtotal, before tax and discounts).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
Once your package has been turned over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen shipments.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
