You’re probably wondering how you got here. Customs? HaveAir Customs? What is this, I’m just looking for a tub of grease!
I get it, so here’s the deal. I started HaveAir in 2013. I was in middle school, fell in love with custom-painting sneakers, and turned it into a business. It scaled quickly with a growing, diverse client list of professional and college athletes looking to stand out on the court/field, family members sourcing gifts or memorializing loved ones, businesses looking for promotional materials, and more. As I progressed through high school and college, the business took many twists and turns, eventually culminating in the retail-focused company we are today.
The growth of the company has forced me to be more selective in the custom sneaker orders that I accept to preserve the client experience. I pride myself on strong customer relations and a collaborative design process. Clients invest in a personalized creative experience that pushes them to access a part of their brain they don’t always utilize and reflect on what makes them, their loved ones, or their business unique.
On the retail side of the house, our amazing small team and our Montana and North Carolina distribution locations have built efficient fulfillment systems across multiple sales channels and a rapidly expanding catalog. We specialize in automotive, sporting goods, and outdoor gear, but we’re always exploring new categories and adding new vendors to our lineup. In the past five years, we’ve refined our distribution processes, managing high-volume sales and complex logistics across top marketplaces like Amazon US, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy, our own website, niche platforms like StockX, and international markets through Amazon MX and CA (when permitted).
With retail fraud and counterfeiting at an all-time high, we take supply chain integrity seriously. That means retaining proof of authenticity, securing vendor authorizations when required, and sourcing exclusively from trusted suppliers to protect both our customers and our brand. On this site, you’ll find everything from brand-new products to open-box or gently used customer returns, always clearly labeled. Don’t forget to browse our clearance section, where you’ll often find items in near-perfect condition at a fraction of the retail price.
