// The “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 3s were fully conceptualized by our client, who plays basketball at University of the Pacific // He supplied a pair of worn “Sport Blue” Jordan 3s and asked that we swap out select black and blue areas with orange to match his school’s colors // First we painted the upper, midsole, and Jumpman accents orange // Then we painted the liner and eyelets black, and dyed the translucent blue outsoles black to finish them off // While reviewing the pictures that we shot of the finished customs, a close friend said that they reminded him of the “Shattered Backboard” Jordan 1s, so we decided to go with that name // If you would like something similar done to your shoes, send us an inquiry today! //
