// The “Homage to Home” Air Jordan 1s were an interesting concept, but I felt that the split design looked weird on a high top // The Jordan 3 is a pretty notorious low top silhouette so I decided to make some renders to see what a “Homage to Home Air Jordan 3” would look like // At first merging the “Black Cement” and “White Cement” color ways seemed like a good idea, but those mock ups turned out looking pretty dull // Plus it seemed like too obvious of a combination since those are two of the most popular Jordan 3s //

// To create a unique mixture that also stood out I decided to mesh the “Black Cement” and “Fire Red” Jordan 3 colorways // The black/white uppers and black/red midsoles contrasted perfectly // Once I finished the mock ups I ran to the mall and bought a pair of “Triple White” 3s to use as a base shoe and then I immediately got to work // It took me about three weeks to bring the renders to life because I could only work between classes, but the final product was worth the wait //
