We use USPS to ship all customs, stencils, and sneakers.

Shipping times depend on the shipping method. All customs and sneakers are automatically shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes an average of 1-3 business days* and comes with tracking. All stencils by default are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which takes an average of 2-5 business days* and does not come with tracking, however customers have the option of choosing USPS Priority Mail for their stencil orders. All international stencil orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail which takes an average of 14-21 business days* and comes with tracking. Business days are Mon-Fri. These time frames are averages and do not account for COVID-19 delays which have been fairly common this year.

As of September 10, 2020 we ship stencil and custom shoe orders worldwide, however we currently only sell sneakers within the United States.

Custom sneaker orders take an average of 2-6 weeks. Some are completed in a day, others take weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the design. Projects are completed in the order they are received, however we do occasionally allow clients to pay rush fees to have their projects fast tracked.

We require payment upfront for all orders under $500. For orders above $500 we allow clients to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion (before the order is shipped).

We ask that clients supply the base shoe, however we do sometimes agree to source the base for our clients upon request. We ask that clients supply brand new or lightly worn base shoes.

All sales are final, however if you have problems with your order please contact us.

Unfortunately 2020 has been a wild year filled with shipping delays due to COVID-19, the defunding of USPS by our government, and more. Once orders are passed on to USPS they are out of our control and no longer our responsibility therefore delays are not on us.

Stencil orders are shipped 1-3 business days after they are received because we produce them as we receive them. Sneaker orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are received. Turnaround times for custom shoes can be found above.

After clients present us with a final design idea we create a rough mockup of said idea to better help the client visualize their request. If any adjustments need to be made, the mock up is edited. When the client is ready to proceed they pay us and send us the base shoe. If we are providing the base shoe this is when we order it. Once we have received the base shoe and any other components needed for the project we begin customizing the shoes. As the project progresses, we keep all clients updated with photos of their shoes. We also send photos once the shoes are complete. After the custom shoes have adequately dried, we hold one or two photoshoots and then ship them off to the client.
